The 2025 Hawks range celebrates 100 years since the Hawthorn Hawks joined the VFL/AFL. To celebrate this centenary, Hawthorn has unveiled a special edition guernsey, uniquely designed to honour the club’s rich history. The guernsey features the names of every VFL/AFL player who has represented the club over the past century, paying tribute to their contributions and legacy.
